As a danseur noble, the Cuban classicist Carlos Acosta had it all—beautiful line, princely deportment, impeccable technique, and tenderness. Now he’s a company director. When his young company comes to Sadler’s Wells, Acosta himself will dance in Rooster, to songs by the Rolling Stones. New works from cutting-edge choreographers fill out the bill, along with Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui’s Faun, set to Debussy’s fever dream of a score. —L.J.
