We were on a call (old-school phone, not a screen) to discuss von Furstenberg’s return today to the New York Fashion Week calendar after a lengthy absence. How I would circle her royal renunciation back to the show, set for the High Line (the elevated park von Furstenberg and her husband, Barry Diller, are largely responsible for creating), I wasn’t sure.
