Samson Hawkins’s debut play is a comedy about a land dispute. Set in Northamptonshire, where Hawkins is from, the community is fighting over whether or not they should allow a high-speed railway through the town—specifically, right through Barbara Honeybone’s house. The debate heats up already simmering rivalries between siblings and neighbors, just as everyone is preparing for the annual talent show. Nadia Fall directs. —Jensen Davis
