“Ukraine’s long history of producing great dancers is alive and flourishing,” says Ivan Putrov, who, with I-Do Lab, has invited Ukrainian ballet stars from around the world to take part in this gala. The carefully curated spectacle is showcasing classical pas de deux and solo works, as well as contemporary dance. Catch the likes of Matthew Ball and Denys Cherevychko (from the Royal Ballet and Vienna State Opera respectively), ABT’s Christine Shevchenko, Olesya Shaitanova from Kiev, and soloists from the Ukrainian National Ballet. —Ariella Paradise
