Pace Gallery is going big on its new global headquarters, enlisting Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture—the firm behind the trendy lobby of New York’s Public Hotel—to create an eight-floor, 75,000-square-foot, column-free space complete with an outdoor area and a research library open to the public by appointment. The gallery inaugurates its new space with exhibitions on Alexander Calder (“Alexander Calder: Small Sphere and Heavy Sphere,” on through October 26) and David Hockney (“David Hockney: Le Grande Cour, Normandy,” on through October 19). —J.V.
