Ballets with a Twist isn’t letting the Omicron variant coop it up. The sassy classical company has found performance locations in the “wilds” of New York City—places that include the Queens Unisphere, a phantom airstrip in Brooklyn, an abandoned architectural gem in Harlem, and the company’s Lower Manhattan rooftop. With the dancers outdoors and surrounded by vast space, company director Marilyn Klaus has choreographed Mirage, a suite of four ballets that make imaginative use of each environment. Original music was composed by Stephen Gaboury and costumes are by Catherine Zehr. Four days of virtual watch parties are scheduled, so check the company Web site for air times. —L.J.
