Spread over 100 acres, the lush grounds of the San Diego Zoo would probably take a day’s worth of animal watching. During lockdown, dedicated zookeepers have installed live cameras that monitor the activities of 11 different species. It just takes a few clicks to tune in and watch apes, baboons, burrowing owls, condors, elephants, polar bears, tigers, koalas, penguins, and giraffes as they navigate their crowd-free environments.
