It all started in 1957, on a Sunday morning in Hexham, England. Joanna and Jacqueline Pollock, 11 and 6, were walking to church when they were tragically struck by a car and killed. Their father, a local milkman, was not stricken with grief. He believed his daughters would soon return. When his wife Florence gave birth to female twins the following year, he knew his prophecy had come true: his deceased daughters had been reincarnated. There are eerie similarities between the twins and their older sisters: matching birthmarks, knowledge of toys and places they shouldn’t know about, and an inexplicable fear of cars. Aided by living members of the Pollock family, actor Will Sharpe (The White Lotus, A Real Pain) tells this darkly fascinating tale for the first time ever. —Paulina Prosnitz
