“I’m interested in all kinds of pictures, however they are made,” David Hockney has said, “with cameras, with paint brushes, with computers, with anything.” Printmaking is one of Hockney’s favorite ways to make pictures, and he’s been particularly interested in traditional etching and lithography. This exhibition showcases Hockney’s work in these mediums, and includes the prints Van Gogh Chair and Red Wire Plant, both from 1998. —E.C.
