Danielle Kosann started to paint during the pandemic. She describes her work as “heavily influenced by the Jazz Age and similar periods of escapism that followed tumultuous times in society.” The AIR MAIL contributor’s whimsical images, delicately colorful, do just that, offering a delightful journey into a fantasy world filled with parties, palm trees, and pools. These chic paintings, which simultaneously evoke The Great Gatsby, Eloise at the Plaza, and a Slim Aarons photo shoot, are now on display in Palm Beach at Rosenbaum Contemporary. —Lucy Horowitz
