Since purchasing four woodcuts by the artist Donald Judd in the 1990s, the McNay has been building up its repertoire of minimalist and conceptual graphics. The build was slow and steady. Enter John M. Parker, Jr., an Austin philanthropist who in 2017 gifted the entirety of his collection to the museum. McNay meets Parker in this exhibition, which takes the merged and enhanced collection out for its first spin. —E.C.
