The Rwandan-born Dorothée Munyaneza has led a necessarily peripatetic life—exiled from genocidal Rwanda as a child to come of age in Britain, she then forged a sophisticated career of choreographed sung story in France. Nevertheless, her work is rooted in history. She is committed to reflecting upon what has not been properly remembered.
