Emma Sheanshang’s new play is set in a Buddhist Center, in New York City, where “fractured souls” go to heal their various traumas. Their peculiar approach to weekly group healing is disrupted when a new member, totally unaware of their rules, begins attending. The show marks the theatrical producing debut of Steve Soderbergh, the Hollywood director behind hits such as Erin Brockovich and the Oceans series. Dan Algrant directs. —Jensen Davis
