Fogel interviews the late Khashoggi’s fiancé and reveals harrowing new details, including that the site of the murder was equipped with audio and video connections to Riyadh, allowing for at-home spectators—Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, it is implied, among others. —Nina Burleigh
