Three years after what many believed to be the end of the Emmy-winning series, the most affable coach in football is back (though given that the Season Three finale left him stateside, perhaps we should say soccer). After a triumphant championship win against West Ham, Ted Lasso (Jason Sudeikis) said goodbye to AFC Richmond and moved back home to Kansas City in order to be with his son. But the winds of fate (and Keeley and Rebecca’s powers of persuasion) won’t leave him there for long. Season Four sees Ted returning to the U.K. to coach a new squad—AFC Richmond’s women’s team. —Paulina Prosnitz
