This month, the Rolex Mentor and Protégé Arts Initiative and the Brooklyn Academy of Music come together to celebrate creative relationships between established artists and those just emerging. At Rolex Arts Weekend, public talks, performances, and installations highlight titans—Spike Lee, Phyllida Lloyd, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and Carrie Mae Weems—and the gifted young artists they’ve been paired with over the past two years: Kyle Bell, Whitney White, Agustina San Martin, and Camila Rodríguez Triana. —Clara Molot
