Despite the demise of disco balls, Rodgers’s influence hasn’t dimmed. This festival, helmed by Rodgers, sees CHIC joined by fresh and inventive electro-pop acts such as SOPHIE— “9 (After Coachella)” is a must-listen—and LCD Soundsystem. —C.J.F.
