The choreographer Julie Cunningham has described dance as “the translation of feelings into quality of movement.” For their show at Sadler’s Wells, Cunningham explores anxieties that are existential—interior states that range from “the loneliness of living and never fully being understood” to “the chaos that lives within and around us.” Performed in the round, the hour-long performance features Cunningham, Mel C (best known as Sporty Spice), and Harry Alexander.
