Before Clueless became a permanent source of style inspiration, there was Heathers. Sure, the 1989 film has mean girls and murder, but doesn’t Winona Ryder do it all with such class? Like any classic, the plot never gets old, which explains why this musical adaptation has become such a hit. With a book, music, and lyrics by Laurence O’Keefe and Kevin Murphy, the show is back in New York, starring Lorna Courtney (& Juliet) as Veronica and Casey Likes (Back to the Future: The Musical) as J.D.
