Billy Strings is one of greatest guitarists alive today. There are many greats, with many different styles, and Billy’s style is just him and his acoustic guitar. He makes it look like a toy, playing almost every note up and down the neck in beautiful melodies while hardly breaking a sweat or losing his breath. Once you watch him get going, it’s hard to stop. Clearly a lot of people feel that way, seeing that he’s doing two nights in a row at Prudential Center. “Dust in a Baggie,” “Taking Water,” “California Sober”—fans of Billy are psyched for these shows. Tracks from his new live album co-written with Bryan Sutton, Live At The Legion, are sure to be played as well. New music awaits! —Henry McGrath
