Putting together this show on Asian art history can’t have been easy. Ancient bells, wine vessels shaped like elephants, and striking Buddha statues have been brought together from six museums across Pakistan, India, Indonesia, and more. Works from the Metropolitan Museum, in New York, and Paris’s Musée Guimet are also on view. The result is a stunning array of 75 bronze objects plucked from the last four millenia. —Elena Clavarino
