Although Yayoi Kusama is 94, she continues to diligently create, shaping her inner demons into the mesmerizing polka-dot spectacles known as Infinity Mirrors Rooms. Stepping into one of these immersive installations is akin to descending into a fantastical rabbit hole, where Kusama’s artistic vision comes to life. At the WNDR museum, she has installed a three-story “room”—vividly yellow and black—in its 45-foot atrium. Despite the show’s size, The Art Newspaper has called the installation “underwhelming.” With Kusama, however, its always best to take a look for yourself. —Elena Clavarino
