Dateline: October 2013. Take an empty apartment building of 36 spaces, reinvent each with the work of 108 talented street artists, and you have “Tour Paris 13.” In the months before the building was demolished, immersive installations and paint work made each space in the tower unique and captivating. When the time came for the building to be torn down, queues to view its spaces went for many blocks around. This is a chance to see some of those floors, in high resolution, as they were. —E.C.
