Severance meets The Office in The Chair Company, a new comedy series created by Tim Robinson (Friendship) and Zach Kanin, and executive produced by Adam McKay (Step Brothers, Anchorman) for HBO. The show stars Robinson as William Ronald Trosper, a pencil-pusher who “finds himself investigating a far-reaching conspiracy” following “an embarrassing incident at work.” Robinson, who’s best known for the popular sketch-comedy series I Think You Should Leave, brings his absurd, goofy, and categorically-cringe style to his latest project. —Paulina Prosnitz
