Conspiracy theories focused on UFOs have been around for a long time. A new documentary created by Dan Farah, however, is doing its best to bring some legitimacy to the topic. Featuring interviews with nearly three dozen government, military, and intelligence officials, including Secretary of State Marco Rubio, The Age of Disclosure makes a titillating—if not entirely convincing—case that there’s been an “80-year global cover-up” within the government regarding UFOs. Come for the strange cameos from Congressmen on both sides of the aisle, stay for some of the film’s more outlandish claims, such as “I have seen with my own eyes nonhuman craft and nonhuman beings” and “They [UFOs] have both activated and deactivated nuclear weapons in both the U.S. and Russia.” —Paulina Prosnitz
