The Mariinsky Theatre is where Raymonda premiered in 1898. It’s a refined ballet with a voluptuously melodic score. Where better to see it than on the stage that witnessed its creation, danced by the company that understands its style better than any other in the world. This production is Konstantin Sergeyev after Petipa. —L.J.
