Two and a half hours south of Puerto Vallarta’s spring-breakers, a quiet shore town plays host to the Ondalinda x Careyes festival. Ondalinda means “beautiful wave,” and the festival is dedicated to preserving and cultivating the culture of Mexico’s indigenous communities.
