For the first time in Milan, an exhibition is showcasing creations from Giorgio Armani’s Haute Couture Privé collections—approximately 150 pieces—to celebrate the launch of his couture line 20 years ago, in Paris. Armani’s work is timeless, drawing inspiration from eras past but always within the paradigm of contemporary ease and comfort. Personally curated by the designer himself, the exhibition occupies the entire Armani/Silos space. “I love things that age well,” Armani has said, “things that don’t date, that stand the test of time and become living examples of the absolute best.” —Carolina de Armas
