Exposed: Cover-Up at Columbia University

Before his arrest, Dr. Robert Hadden had practiced obstetrics at Columbia University for more than two decades. His patients felt lucky to have such an experienced doctor shepherding them through the most private of health issues. That is until Hadden, whom one of his former patients described as a “skinny Santa Claus,” was found to have betrayed their trust in the most perverse fashion. Laura Beil, the host of “Dr. Death,” reports on the shocking tale of how Hadden assaulted 226 victims over a span of 20 years, all at Columbia University. Most disturbing of all is the behavior of the university, which ignored several complaints made against Hadden, refused to cooperate with the DA’s investigation, and, worst of all, allowed Hadden to return to work after his initial arrest, giving him time to assault eight more women. You simply have to hear it to believe it. —Paulina Prosnitz
