“For me, mind and body are one thing, always together,” the artist Ernesto Neto has said, “and it is through the movement of such body-minds that we connect the things in this world, in life.” Made with soft stretchy materials and woven fibers, Neto’s biomorphic sculptures—often scaled to make you feel you’re inside a nasal cavity, or a giant hive of dripping honey, or a cathedral of spores—provoke overwhelming sensory experiences. This is one of Neto’s largest retrospectives yet. —E.C.
