Originally opened to the public in 1914, the Cooper Gallery has seen its share of crises. During W.W. II, for instance, the art gallery was transformed into an extension of the town hospital. Today, to encourage engagement with its collection while its doors are shuttered, Cooper is putting out a daily, digital jigsaw puzzle. It’s easy to use, and you can compete with friends by setting a timer on the Web site. The end result? An artwork from the gallery’s collection. —J.V.
