Does it seem like Chance The Rapper has been off the grid for a while? That’s how I’ve felt lately. Now he’s back with a new album, Star Line, and it feels like a statement. The tone of his voice sounds as if a fire’s been lit beneath him, and the project is filled with notable features like Vic Mensa, Joey Bada$$, Young Thug, Lil Wayne, and others. In shows around the country, his And We Back Tour will celebrate the new record. I would imagine we’ll hear some of his old classics, too, like “Cocoa Butter Kisses.” —Henry McGrath
