Even her biggest critics would be hard pressed to deny that it’s the summer of Taylor Swift. Her Eras Tour—a three-and-a-half-hour spectacle during which she performs almost 50 songs from her 10 studio albums—is taking American cities by storm, inspiring viral TikTok trends, selling out football stadiums, and attracting celebrities from Aaron Rodgers to Uma Thurman. A new exhibit at the Museum of Arts and Design spotlights the costumes and props used in the singer’s concerts and videos, many of which go back to the beginning of her career. Fans will recognize the iconic cheerleader outfit from “Shake It Off” (2014) as well as the Swarovski-bejeweled acoustic guitar used frequently in live concerts. Handwritten lyrics are scrawled on the walls, showcased alongside projections of Swift’s music videos. —Paulina Prosnitz
