In 2015—as the title “Instagram influencer” became an increasingly high-paying job—Georgina Harding and Michelle Lu launched Semaine, a carefully curated digital magazine, shop, and lifestyle brand. The co-founders, who met while working for the fashion photographer Mario Testino, wanted a Web site that focused on one creative each week and offered more than just a glimpse of their lives. As Harding told Vogue, “What if you want everything? Not just the fashion, but you want to know who the girl is, and where she works out, and what she’s eating and seeing.” The URL is going IRL this weekend at Shreeji Newsagents. Semaine’s recently published guide, How to Be A Tastemaker, is on sale along with accessories. Two of the titular tastemakers, chefs Ruth Rogers (of London’s beloved River Cafe) and Skye Gyngell (of London’s Spring) will hold intimate conversations in the shop. —Jensen Davis
