Prada Frames is now in its fifth year, and remains one of the more genuinely interesting events of Salone del Mobile—not a product launch or an installation, but a real symposium, curated by the Amsterdam-based design studio Formafantasma. This edition, titled “In Sight,” takes images as its theme: what they are, how they work, who controls them, and what happens when machine-generated imagery becomes indistinguishable from the human-made. The talks take place in the Sacrestia of Santa Maria delle Grazie, the Renaissance space traditionally attributed to Donato Bramante—an apt setting for a program concerned with authorship, illusion, and ways of seeing. —Elena Clavarino
