Marta Minujín, one of Argentina’s most famous artists, has spent her long career championing a personal philosophy that says “everything is art.” In the diversity of her mediums—from her signature plush sculptures to radical performance art (in 1973, she “kidnapped” 15 viewers at MoMA), plus paintings, photography, and political art—she proves her point. The Jewish Museum now presents the first American survey of Minujín’s oeuvre. Almost 100 works are on view. —Lucy Horowitz
