Forever Mag is a journal of prose and poetry, helmed by three young women in New York and Los Angeles. To celebrate its fourth issue, the Forever Girls will host an evening of readings and music at Public Records, a hi-fi bar and café in Gowanus that features an inventive cocktail list and vegan food. Among those who will read are the essayist Eileen Myles, the up-and-coming novelist Jordan Castro, and the Dimes Square playwright Matthew Gasda. Attendance is free. —Sophie Kemp
