As Greenwich Village natives ourselves, we’d be remiss in not honoring the greats that have come before us in our beloved neighborhood. One such is the storied John’s of Bleecker Street, the long-standing pizzeria where many of our AIR MAIL-ers grab a pie (to those in the know: slices are verboten). With a bit of love, lots of marinara, and what we believe to be possibly the best crust in town, the atmosphere has been maintained and upheld since its founding. Short of carving your name into the wood-paneled walls, a vintage t-shirt with a near bootleg logo should keep everyone up to speed on your pizza preferences.
