• This item is hand-embroidered by Lingua Franca’s NYC-based team, resulting in variations in the look, size, and placement of the embroidery. Their embroiderers use their best discretion when stitching to ensure each product meets their high standards and unique, well-known style.

• This Lingua Franca piece is hand-embroidered once your order is placed. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for embroidery, plus an additional 1-5 days for shipping time.
• Orders will be sent directly by the brand. Expect to receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped. Thank you.
• Returns and/or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of items. Returned items must be unworn/unused with tags and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit.
