I was given a free sample of this product by my hairdresser and I have been hooked ever since. This is the only product that I can put on my flyways by my roots and it does not make my hair feel greasy.
I use it when I straighten my hair and I could feel a difference in how soft and not frizzy my hair is. If I let my hair air dry and then plan to braid it, I use this to smooth it out, and it allows for curls to look more healthy, shiny, and have no frizz
It also has a light scent that I have difficulty describing, but very much enjoy. However, my mother who is sensitive to smells, cannot stand it. Might be something worth considering if you are sensitive as well.
Out of all of the products, such as the shampoo, conditioner, and this magical oil, I recommend the oil mostly for the fact that LASTS FOREVER. you don’t need to use much of it for it to be effective, and my first small bottle that I purchased, lasted me from December until almost April with nearly daily use.
The prices of Davine’s products had me hesitant to try them, but it is very high quality, especially this oil.

I use Davines OI Oil for my daily hair care routine and it has become indispensable in my routine. I love its light texture that does not weigh down my hair and the pleasant aroma. I have low density, low porosity, fine, thin 2b hair. I'm a daily washer and I used to be a daily heat tool user (15 years of hot tools until recently). I have health problems that effect the nutrition I can get and my hair's taken a toll. This is *the only* oil that doesn't weigh my waves or hair down no matter the style, and actually makes it look better, and feel like a dream.
The price is cheeky, but 1-2 drops does my entire head so even the smaller bottle can last me about half a year or more. The scent is beautiful, maybe like vanilla and jasmine? Not sure but, it's lovely. It could be a bit strong if you're sensitive to scent.
I will absolutely continue buying. Dope products.
