Calling all plant parents! Craighill’s signature attention to detail now extends to our favorite ficus friends (and other genera too—we don’t play favorites). In collaboration with NYC design company, Lichen, Craighill developed the Cloud Planter, an unfussy and plainly, different, take on the everyday terracotta planter we all know well. Employing a subtly distinctive material in agglomerated cork, they made use of a renewable resource that is well-suited to a wide array of purposes. This receptacle incorporates waterproof resin throughout and is actually designed for planting directly in the vessel or dropping in any standard 6-inch plant liner. It features a beveled edge running around the perimeter to reflect light and provide a single crisp detail, and it’s finished with the Lichen and Craighill logos laser etched on the underside.
