One of their most popular teas, the Queen’s Guard is the perfect afternoon tea, celebrating two of their favorite early summer flowers, rose and lavender. Well balanced, elegant, and remarkably well suited to a slice of lemon-scented loaf cake, drizzled with icing.

• Ingredients: organic black Ceylon tea, rose petals, organic lavender, organic cornflowers, and natural essence

Brewing Instructions for no. 47 Queen’s Guard:

• 1 tsp per 8oz./250ml of water
• 195ºF/90ºC (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 1 minute, and proceed.)
• Brew 5-10 minutes
• Good for 2 infusions

Brewing Instructions for no. 52 Etoile de l’Inde:

• 1 tsp per 8oz./250ml of water
• 175ºF/80ºC (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 3 minutes, and proceed.)
• Brew 4-6 minutes
• Good for 2 infusions
