  <p><span class="drop-cap">I</span>’ve done my hair and makeup. The bed is ready. I’ve changed from my T-shirt, bra and pants into a lacy matching set. I’m almost ready to go downstairs and initiate sex with my husband for the first time in years. But first, a few sets of jumping jacks, followed by jogging on the spot.</p><p>Before I explain, how’s this for a game? Would you rather constantly worry you are a useless, terrible waste of space who would be better off dead, but occasionally have really great sex?
