I’ve done my hair and makeup. The bed is ready. I’ve changed from my T-shirt, bra and pants into a lacy matching set. I’m almost ready to go downstairs and initiate sex with my husband for the first time in years. But first, a few sets of jumping jacks, followed by jogging on the spot.
