Jordan Demetrius Lloyd is a Brooklyn-based dance artist and in Trip Gloss he attempts to translate a three-dimensional art form onto a two-dimensional screen. Which is not the same as just filming a performance. There are six dancers, layers of animation, and collaged footage. The work is 20 minutes long. This “digital dance” is free to stream. —L.J.
