 ating summer there with “PLAY & Wander through Whimsy.” The show light
 heartedly marks her newfound fascination with mahjongg\, a game at which h
 er fashionable and cultured mother\, like so many nice Jewish ladies of th
 e time\, excelled. Perry has made Onna House’s stand-alone studio struct
 ure into a tearoom and mahjongg lair filled with fanciful ceramics by Luci
 a Pompetti\, Shino Takeda\, and Jaye Kim\, and giant fabric flowers by Kay
 la Powers. In the main house\, she has curated a selection of ceramics\, t
 extiles\, and works on paper\, including large-scale wall jewelry by Delph
 ine Cordie and a delicate porcelain flower installation by Kaori Tatabayas
 hi\, which seems an extension of the Japanese-style grounds just the other
  side of the shimmering period plate-glass windows.
