DESCRIPTION:Jul 25\, 2026 - Mar 24\, 2027\nDustin Yellin is known for huge
glass sculptures made of minute images—pictures cut from all kinds of so
urces (with cuticle scissors one imagines)—and laid on large glass panes
that are then fused together to create depth and mystery. The result is a
crystalline realm both dimensional and holographic\, a pictorial place wi
th a visible subconscious. Politics of Eternity (2020)\, the work for whic
h this exhibition is named\, looks like seven vertical aquariums that enca
se miniature environments. Yellin’s sculptures are ingenious and enchant
ing\, but he is also a painter\, and the exhibition showcases collage-and-
acrylic works on canvas. In Yellin’s oeuvre\, images from art\, history\
, and science meet the human circuitry of memory\, emotion\, and desire.
