If “scatology” meant what it sounds like it means, trumpeter Clark Terry—a Basie and Ellington alumnus who doubled as “Mr. Mumbles”—would have been its Regius professor. A tribute by Native Soul, followed by a screening of the clarkumentary Keep On Keepin’ On, is part of Manhattan’s most egalitarian jazz bash, straddling two scruffy neighborhood parks on opposite ends of the island and highlighting, this time, such notables as Ravi Coltrane, Lakecia Benjamin, and Fred Hersch. —E.E.
