Art and science are united in the search for understanding, the deepening of perception, the striving for breakthrough energy. Following a 2019 exhibition that featured works by Lynn Chadwick, Hans Uhlmann, and Katja Strunz, and was about folding and fragmentation in sculpture, “Into Space” explores the complex relationship between space and time, and brings together three installation artists. Björn Dahlem constructs an imposing wood, metal, and neon lamp, an alien fixture in the gallery space. Works by Berta Fischer and the late Naum Gabo plunge viewers into other worlds. —E.C.
