Golden Globe winner Emma Corrin makes her West End debut at the Harold Pinter Theatre this summer in Anna X, which runs for just one month. The play examines love and narcissism in the Internet age. We’re immersed in the glitzy world of New York’s elite, following the fizzy pack to fashion shows, art galleries, and private parties. “We want it to feel more like a night out than a play,” says the playwright Joseph Charlton. Corrin, as an Anna Delvey–like character, stars alongside Nabhaan Rizwan, who plays the founder of an exclusive dating app reminiscent of Raya. The two actors also take on a host of other roles—from venture capitalists to fine-arts students—calling into question identity and reality among the Instagram set. The performance is part of the Harold Pinter’s RE:Emerge season, a socially distanced return to live theater running throughout the summer. —Rebecca Dolan
